After your enquiry, we will require more information about your situation, photos, X-rays and give you an accurate treatment plan and quote with our dentists as soon as possible. After deciding on the appointment date, you can either arrange your own holiday and notify us, or ask us to arrange the holiday for you. Our international relations team can help you with all the aspects of your travel and make sure you get the best prices on hotel and flight bookings. After all the bookings are completed, we will send you a booking confirmation with all the required information included.
You will be picked up from the Airport by our staff on your arrival free of charge. After an hour of drive to Kusadasi, you will get to your hotel and rest for a day. On your appointment date, you will be picked up from the hotel and come to the clinic together with our staff.
On your arrival at our clinic, you will have a consultation with our dentists and receive a treatment plan that includes all the procedures that will be used and the exact dates and hours that you will be visiting the clinic at. You will most likely visit our clinic once every two days during your treatment for 1-3 hours each time. There will be a lot of free time to enjoy the surrounding beaches and touristic spots during the treatment and our team will guide you and give you any information that is required.
When the treatment is completed, we will provide an invoice, the X-ray results and any other document that you request. You will be taken to the airport by our staff two hours before the departure of your flight.
